Refund Policy

Cravme offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No payment is required during the trial period.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase and have not used the platform for more than 5 billing days, you may request a pro-rated refund. Requests beyond 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
